How do I update my Smart Fan Firmware?

We have a helpful video that provide step by step instructions. 

1. Download the Modern Forms app and Click “Utilities” Tab
   Note:  Please “Allow” notifications to ensure Modern Forms Mac ID will connect to your device

2. Once Utilities tab is selected swipe left
   ​

3. Next Screen: Select “Click here” which will direct you to your settings on your device

   ​

4. Select Wifi: There you will search for your fan’s MAC ID: ModernFormsFan_XXXXXX
   

5. The fan will Prompt you for a password: intelligence to connect to your smart fan

6. Return to the Modern Forms App 
   Note: The app will prompt to allow a 2nd permission. Select OK
   ​

7. Firmware Update prompt will appear and select OK
   

8. You can utilize the Fan and Light Toggle to confirm which fan was successfully updated. Repeat steps for all fans. ​
   

9. Your smart fan firmware has now been updated.
